Multilingual Status

Marcin has allowed me to help with the development of django-multilingual, so now, we have our very own Sphinx Powered Documentation!

I've gotten around to closing some standing tickets and we're at 34 being open right now.

django-multilingual is already rocking hard, and used in production code in many projects, but that doesn't mean that we can't make it better!

If you're up to it, stop by the issue list and/or the mailing list, your help would be greatly appreciated.
